OUR COMPANY
UC Construction was established in the early 1990s, and later was renamed to UC Design Build in the year 2010.
In the early 90’s, UC first started out building rows of shops houses and transitioned to private Villas, Hotels, Retail Shops & Commercial Office, Shopping Malls and ultimately increased its capabilities to building High-rise Apartments.
In this rapid growing and competitive construction industry, to remain sustainable and to differentiate our from other competitors, UC Design Build has reached out to cooperate with foreign investors as well as working closely with the government to build a more vibrant city while achieving a higher standard of construction service.
Today, UC Design Build has more than 20 Years of experience in the construction industry, and has extended its arms into developing more unique and complex developments
OUR VISION
Our vision is to seek the development of Cambodia through intelligent design. We wish to see Cambodia on the same path as our neighbours around the region in both industry and economic growth. It is for these reasons that we strive to deliver the best possible solutions in every project, be it architecture, engineering or construction. Since expanding our scope of services, our vision at UC Design –Build is to be part of the Legacy which is currently improving the economy, the quality of life and the future of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
